These cameras update every 30 seconds. To view these updates, select "refresh" on your web browser.

The chimpanzees usually have access to these play areas at the following times (Pacific):

Summer Hours (mid-June to mid-September):

  • Weekdays - 9 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 4:30 PM
  • Saturdays - 9 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 4:30 PM
  • Sundays - 12 PM to 4:30 PM

Winter Hours (mid-September to mid-June)

  • Weekdays - 9 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 3:30 PM
  • Saturdays - 9 AM to 12 PM and 1 PM to 3:30 PM
  • Sundays - 12 PM to 3:30 PM

All times are approximate. The chimpanzees may or may not be visible since the camera covers only a section of one room, but the camera is pointed at an area with relatively high traffic.

Humans may be visible cleaning outside of these times.

(Humans never enter any area when chimpanzees are present.)
